Terrible experience

Anyone else have a problem with a confirmed reservation ? I spent all day chatting with a seller who indicated there was an issue with my reservation. I told him to cancel and now I am denied a refund. Out of principle I wasn’t going to use this app and now I will tell anyone to avoid using appointment trader
